Six Sigma is a statistical element of Freudenberg-NOK’s business objectives and an extension of our company-wide Growtth® program. It’s considered a standard of operational excellence – something that Freudenberg-NOK prides itself on.
Six Sigma was designed to measure quality and allows for no more than 3.4 defects per million parts. At Freudenberg-NOK, we are proud that many of our plants – which practice Six Sigma daily – have PPM rates well below the set standard.
